Hokey pokey is a kiwi icon and its something I love. Craving something sugary with minimal ingredients in the house I decided to whip up some homemade hokey pokey using this classic Chelsea recipe. It turned out great and I dipped it in chocolate for some extra appeal.

she bakes: chocolate goodness
i found this recipe in a magazine and liked the sound of it. I thought it sounded like a bit of a twist on a melting moment. I wasn't sure about the whole fridge thing and I don't like coffee so I just made a buttercream filling with drinking chocolate and it was amazing. I also made the biscuits a bit thicker so they were more like melting moments. They were an absolute win.
